Conway Machine, Inc. was established in 1972 as a tool and die shop. Conway began manufacturing replacement gripper bars for Bobst die cutters in the late 1970s. Within a decade, Conway Machine became one of the leading worldwide manufacturers of aftermarket parts for the folding carton industry.
Conway Machine, Inc. manufactures complete gripper bars on-site at Conway Machine’s USA facility, in adherence to strict OEM specifications. Conway can also supply related parts such as strip pins, chain, and other replacement parts.
Quality products are the key to Conway’s success. Our manufacturing processes are continually improved by following ISO procedures. In 2018, we began implementing LEAN manufacturing principles. Conway Machine meets customer expectations and needs through continual improvement of the quality management system resulting in enhanced quality, cost, and delivery.
Conway Machine has been a proud member of the IADD since 2001 and has been a Conway Chamber member and an Arkansas State Chamber member since 2012.
