Conway Machine supplies replacement parts to customers throughout the U.S. and around the world. According to customer preference, we can arrange the shipping on its own account or can use a customer-provided account number. For international orders, payment must be received prior to shipping. Your knowledgeable sales representative will be happy to provide shipping quotes. You will receive an email with the tracking information when the order ships. As an added service, Conway can assist in providing the paperwork required for international shipments such as the proforma invoice and Certificate of Origin.
Conway Machine has been producing replacement parts for flatbed die cutters for 50 years. We take pride in the quality of our work. There may be instances in which a return is necessary. If a product is defective, for example, Conway may accept a return for company credit. In case of a purchaser’s error (e.g., ordered incorrect part number), Conway will provide the correct part. Please note that the purchaser will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be responsible for the cost of shipping the part there and back.
In the unlikely event of a seller’s error, Conway will replace the faulty product once it has been returned. If the customer prefers, company credit may be issued.
All returns must be returned or post-marked for return within 14 business days of receipt of the product.
